What Does Online Coaching Look Like?

This is a high touch, one on one coaching program that will tell you exactly what you need to do to achieve results. This involves back-and-forth communication, online app access, so that you can work out from the convenience of your home or your own gym and a proven strategy laid out for you so that you can have confidence in the process.

Where Does It Happen?

The shortcut to shredz blueprint is Hosted online and you will have access to both your program and nutrition goals through our convenient app. Please note that this is not a blanket program that's given to everyone. From a nutrition approach to the training approach, we take our time to customize every detail and that's why clients trust us to work around past injuries, certain styles of eating, and body parts they would like to improve overtime.

Why Does This Program Exist?

The Built Bodies team created The Shortcut to Shredz program because there are many gaps in the market place when it comes to training both in person and online. The foundation of our program is built on education, so clients can leave the program feeling confident in their ability to continue on their own. This is much more than just training and nutrition. You will receive bonuses that you get to keep for life, as well as very high tough coaching experience that cuts no corners on the support we offer our clients.  

When Does it Start?

Since we create everything from scratch, we require at 24-48 hr. turn around time to get you your program. This takes place after our initial call. First, you apply to the program, then we'll reach out to book our call to chat about possibly working together. After the call, we will send over the starting documents and move forward from there!

Who Is it For?

The Shortcut To Shredz Bluerprint is for men looking to cut through the noise of all the conflicting information out there. You're looking to have something designed FOR YOU and no one else. This is also for you if you care to know the how and the why behind our approach. Many of the men in the program have started from zero and others have already tried to do this on their own before only to fall off, because they didn't have accountability. We welcome men who are looking for direction and have greta work ethic.

How Does it look?

After our first call, we create your program and from the access of our client app you will receive everything you need to get started.  Normally, people see trainers in-person 6-8 times a month, which can be difficult with changing schedules and inconvenient hours.  

With our program, we will decide with you how many days are feasible for you to get to the gym, and we will build around your schedule, vacations, and travel trips.  

We do not increase prices based on sessions done like in-person training and we also focus on the important things outside of the gym,  You will be given grocery lists, meal prep instructions, specific food targets, sample meal plans with foods you pick, and plenty of fast food guides to help you when you're pressed on time.  

Through our one on one check in approach, we will update your program, send you a check-in video, and be very hands-on while making changes to your program to adapt to your changing body.  

This allows you to save more time, money, and gain years of knowledge in just a short couple of months. 

Meet Our Team

Alan Jaramillo, Head of Programming

Alan Jaramillo started his fitness journey 11 years ago! Alan grew up on the chunkier side and a Latino family. This made it pretty difficult to keep weight off so he took it upon himself to make every mistake he could in his first three years of his journey. After that, he started looking at evidence-based practices, which led him into personal training. By learning from the best people in the industry, Alan was able to refine his process on himself so that he could build muscle and finally get rid of stubborn fat. After a couple of years of doing that, he wanted to start helping people do the same thing. He originally went to school for international business in Philadelphia and decided that he was not passionate about that career path. Instead, he wanted to help people change their lives, and that's what led to him starting to work with people online! 

Austin Miller, Coach

Austin Miller started his fitness journey over 15 years ago. Inspired by athletics and the insecurities he noticed in people around him, his fitness nearly became an obsession. This quickly led to a “no days off” and “no pain no gain” mentality. This mindset served Austin well when he served as a fire team leader with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. After years of pushing his body past its limits, Austin had achieved the elite fitness he desired, yet was riddled with pain. When his service ended and the pain lingered, Austin knew he would have to change his ways… or continue to suffer. Austin started on a new journey to health, one based on longevity. As he regained pain-free ability with simple day to day activities, this reminded him of why he fell in love with exercise in the first place - movement truly is medicine. This led to him leaving a career in Real Estate, in order to follow his one true passion. Now Austin helps others achieve long term, sustainable health by navigating those inevitable pitfalls that we all face. 

Tony Gregory, Coach

"I have worked in the fitness & wellness industry over the past 12 years, working for organizations such as YMCA, corporate wellness companies, and collegiate recreation departments. I attended my undergrad at Ohio State University, where I studied Human Nutrition and received my Master's Degree in Sport Science and Recreation Studies from Ohio University. My passion for fitness stemmed from my interest to want to change my body and the way I looked in high school to be able to gain more confidence in myself, as I grew up a very skinny kid! I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes after a good workout, and my two favorite methods of working out are lifting weights and running."
